Passback is seeking a part-time Volunteer Chief Operating Officer (COO) to help lead and grow our warehouse, logistics, and distribution operations.

 

This role will begin as a volunteer leadership position with the goal of developing into a paid role as Passback grows. (Flexible hours + In-kind benefits)

 

What You’ll Help Lead

 

• Warehouse operations and organization

• Inventory flow, pickups, and deliveries

• Box truck operations and logistics

• Equipment collection and distribution

• Volunteer and event logistics

• Operational systems as we continue to scale

 

We’d Love Someone Who

 

-Has experience in warehouse operations, logistics, transportation, or distribution

-Is organized, dependable, and willing to jump in and get things done

-Is comfortable working around and operating box trucks

-Enjoys building systems and solving problems in a fast-moving startup environment

-Wants to use their experience to help the St. Louis community

-Loves sports — a sports enthusiast is a big bonus!
